Summit Expedition

This is the ultimate expedition for teams facing major challenges with many different stakeholders and complex strategic considerations. Rainer is available for a full year. Use him as your sparring partner in designing your change programme. He will facilitate your management meetings and strategy retreats. He will provide individual sparring for team members, to help them deal with exceptional situations. Rainer also provides 24/7 accessibility for you as CEO, Managing Director or Divisional Head. He is also available for workshops to engage the next levels of leadership and for keynotes at your annual conference.

High Camp Expedition

The High Camp Expedition is ideal if you want to see the first visible changes within six months. Rainer is available to you for half a year as a sparring partner and accompanies you in the rapid implementation of planned change steps. He will facilitate your management meetings and strategy retreats. He will provide individual sparring to team members to help them deal with exceptional situations. Rainer also offers 24/7 accessibility for you as CEO, Managing Director or Divisional Head.

Base Camp Expedition

The Base Camp Expedition is a perfect start to working with Rainer. Your team will make a big leap in performance within 100 days in three steps, and two workshops with one meeting between them. The result is clarity and commitment about shared intentions and goals, and how the team will work together to succeed. Ideal to prepare as a team for a big challenge or organizational change, or to lay the foundation for collaboration at the highest level in a new constellation of people.
